Spell-Check Dictionaries
To use the dictionaries:
- Download the spell-check dictionary of your choice from our website. Save the file
to your computer hard drive to an easy to find location like My Documents.
- When the download is complete, locate the file on your computer and uncompress (unzip)
it. If you have Win XP, simply double click the file name. If you have an older
operating system, you will have to use a program like Winzip to uncompress (unzip) the file.

Once the file has been uncompressed, copy the uncompressed file
to the Dictionaries folder of the program you are using. For most computers, the
Dictionaries folder can be found on the C drive, Program Files, Schoolhouse Technologies,
the program name (Schoolhouse Test, Vocabulary Worksheet Factory, etc), Dictionaries
(ie - C:\Program Files\Schoolhouse Technologies\Schoolhouse Test\Dictionaries for
the Schoolhouse Test program).
The new spell-check dictionary can now be used with the program. For instructions
for selecting this new dictionary when checking the spelling, consult the Help of
the program you are using.
